Kensington Courts Community Alliance
This is our page. Let's use it to communicate with each other and to help address any issues confronting us as Kensington Court Homeowners. Since the HOA is currently run by our Developers and other "non-interested" parties, this is our only means of getting things done. Until we, the Happy Homeowners, take over this may be our only Forum. Let's make it work.

There have been suggestions that we should get together and list our grievances and concerns. If there is enough feedback on this page indicating a large percentage of Homeowner interest, the comments will be brought to the attention of G&S, Justice Builders, The Department of Public Works, Building & Planning and our Mayor, the Honorable Joe Fisona.

Please add your own comments, both good and bad. Any ideas that you may have that may be presented to the HOA in the future are also appreciated.
